How terrible! Thank you for sharing this story with us. I've ridden on I-4 before, but never near bike week, and it didn't seem all that bad. The stories make me think that bike week is something I'll cross off of my list of things to do.
I've been down the Blue Ridge parkway many times, and that seems to be more my speed. Hopefully I'll get back there this summer.
